SERVICE CENTER LEAD
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop standards and processes for Client Service Representatives that ensure contractual requirements within the groups and adhere to GlobalView & standards
* Work closely with SSC Team Leads and HR in order to ensure Client Service Representatives are recruited and trained consistently according to GlobalView standards
* Monitor day to day operations to ensure CSR’s perform in accordance to the defined role and meet our SLAs
* Ensure on going coordination (knowledge sharing, talent management etc.)
* Participate as required in cross regional activities, workshops etc. aiming at sharing and improving on current processes and practicies
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 5 years of experience managing a call center environment for an outsourcing company
* Process driven / experience in deploying process across multiple teams
* SAP CRM or knowledge and practice of other Client Relationship Management tools
* Good understanding of payroll processing procedures
* Fluency in English (oral and written)
* Strong client service orientation
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong initiative and enthusiasm
* PC literate (Windows, Excel, Word)
* Very good understanding of ADP applications, payroll procedures and back end services a plus
